Box Office Hours and Phone Calls
We currently do not offer Box Office hours and do not accept phone calls. We try to respond to all emails within 24 hours. We plan to have a business phone line available soon!
Arrival for Performances
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled performance time.
Latecomers will be seated at the first appropriate and safe break that allows for the least disruption for the actors and the audience.
No Ticket Refunds or Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable and no credits can be issued for unused tickets, whether they were purchased individually or as part of a season ticket package.
Child Attendance
Our shows always strive to be family-friendly, but we advise parents to be aware of the subject matter before bringing younger children. For our youngest audience members, we recommend attending our youth performances.
Accessibility Accommodations
Wheelchair seating is available on the main level. There are no elevators for wheelchair access on the balcony at the Combs Performing Arts Center. Currently, we do not offer any interpretation services (including American Sign Language) or audio support devices.
Concessions
Concessions are available before the show starts and during intermission.
